What are the main issues: The number one issue is health services. We need to retain the services in Roscommon County Hospital and we need to provide adequate funding for all other vital services such as home help carers and medical cards for old people. Number two is the jobs situation, we need new thinking to create jobs and to keep the ones we have. People in the public service feel that they are paying for the sins of the government

now. Thirdly, turf cutting is a huge issue in this area. The government have not done enough to preserve the turf cutting for local people.

Why should people vote for you: Because I am a man who gets things done. If I say that I will do something then I will do it. There will be no false promises and my track record over the past five years shows that. I am there  to help the people of this area 24/7 and the experience I have in my full-time job is of great benefit to many of the people that I meet every day.
